Our online Eligibility Submissions application has powerful capabilities for benefit administrators. Here are just a few:

Simpler logon process that starts right from our Home Page
Enhanced security ensures confidential information remains private
Improved search feature so you can quickly find a member's profile online
Expanded first name and last name fields
Ability to list dependents by their actual last names

New users should call our Enrollment Department at 800-452-9310. Current users with questions should also call our Enrollment Department.

Manage your eligibility information quickly and easily from our Web site. Use Delta Dental’s online Eligibility Submissions to enroll and terminate members; make changes, transfers and reinstatements; and view member profiles. For more information, please call 800-452-9310.
